Returning Your Item — What You Need to Know
To process your return and issue your refund, items must be returned in their original packaging. This includes any dust bags, tags, boxes, or additional packaging the item arrived with.
Please note, the packaging is considered part of the product and must be included for your return to be approved.
How to Return Your Item
1. Include Your Return Information
Please place your invoice inside the parcel and include:
- Your order number
- The reason for your return
- The item(s) you are returning for a refund
If you no longer have your invoice, please include these details on a separate note inside the parcel.
2. Prepare Your Parcel
Before sending your return:
- Securely repackage the item(s)
- Remove or cover any old shipping labels to avoid delays or confusion
- If returning multiple parcels, ensure each parcel clearly includes the correct order information inside
3. Send Your Return
Take your parcel to your chosen courier service and return it to the address below:

- Customers are responsible for return postage costs
- We do not cover or refund return shipping fees
