Returning Non-EGO Items
If a non-EGO item is sent to our warehouse by mistake, we’ll do our best to locate it. However, please be aware that any unclaimed, non-EGO merchandise will be disposed of after 10 days from the date it arrives at our warehouse.
If we’re unable to find your item — or if it has already been disposed of — we’re unable to accept responsibility for it.
We recommend reaching out directly to the company you originally purchased the item from to explain the situation.
